Hi, I’m Andy.
90% of this website is written in the third person, which honestly makes me feel really awkward. I’m not one of those people and I reallllllllly dislike the royal “we”, but here we are.
I’ve always considered myself to be a rebel of sorts—I couldn’t be the engineer or the accountant I think my parents always wanted me to be. I was never at peace working in grueling environments as I was always yearning for more intellectual and creative fulfillment. I’m never, ever satisfied with the status quo.
Over the years, I’ve learned to embrace my disruptive nature. Impatiently devouring knowledge while working across companies and functions enabled me to birth my own ventures and expand the ventures of others just like mine. My belief that there is a better way to integrate work and play motivates me to share my philosophy with others through doing and believing. My passion for efficiency and my drive for creative problem solving lights a fire beneath everything I do.
Today, I help transform companies into beloved brands as a freelancer, but I’m usually directing the marketing at GrowFit, a sports camp system for children between the ages of four and twelve. I’m also building new tools to help marketers and sales teams succeed, like MetaRep and Datably. In the past, I’ve developed software like civicIQ and Slantpoint, launched dozens of products as both a marketer and product manager, and earned a seat at the executive table with many of my peers as a member of the Revenue Collective. Andy is also a lifelong member of the AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and the AMA (American Marketing Association).
Thanks for spending your time learning more about me. Come say hi—we may be future collaborators, partners, or friends!
